Xtandi and Severe abdominal cramps.

Anyone experience severe abdominal cramps with Xtandi? If so what are you doing to control cramps/pain. There are many reports of pain and abdominal cramps but what is causing it and what will help with it. No narcotic/opioid for pain. He is currently on no pain medications. Only takes Advil.

I experience a lot of stomach and gas pain since on Xtandi. Over the counter gas relief medication helps a lot.

The same for me. But the OTC pills don't help me all that much. I will discuss this and other side effects with my old Onc and then my new Onc over the next 2 weeks. If they have any new ideas, I will let you know.

It’s not gas pain. It’s severe abdominal

Pain. I’m thinking it could also be from Metformin?

I have gotten some relief with lomotil taken every morning around 4:00
