need help with spelling name of drug

can someone help me out with the name of the new drug currently in clinical trials? it would be the drug you would take after bicalutamide fails. i believe it starts with doca or docu. no matter how i try to spell it, it fails to come up in a search.

yep. i rounded them out...but, the lowest enzulutamide ever brought his psa down to after zytiga/prednisone failed (while waiting for xtandi to be approved) was 200. they tried chemo but it failed and almost killed him.
