I've been trying to learn more about whether it's better to rechallenge Docetaxel or go to Cabizitaxel as a "second line" chemo. From what I've read, some of the initial studies did not show an increased OS from Doctaxel rechallenge, but more research showed that if patients were selected based on their initial positive response to Docetaxel, some additional survival benefit could be achieved.

Cabazitaxel seems to work well as a "second line" chemo, especially in cases where the PCa becomes resistant to Docetaxel. This subject is of interest to me because I am completing Docetaxel and thinking about down the road.
