I'm not certain but I speculate high calcium in the american diet and its effect on arteriosclerosis and aggressive pc should be noted. The dam stuff is loaded in a healthy diet. Calcium 45% added to almond , soy milk orange juice, cereals and on and on and healthy greens. Still some people actually supplementing. Its a wonder we don't turn to stone.
