It did not work for me...my second home was singles bars...I started laying traps at 8PM and almost always caught a filly...I did this preventative treatment for 50 years and still got PCa

From the study:
"CONCLUSION: We found only weak evidence of an inverse association between ejaculatory frequency in the fourth decade of life and advanced PC, which was not significantly modified by number of new sexual partners. No relationship was found for ejaculatory frequency in the third and fifth decades of life."
It sounds like a lot of the work you did was unnecessary. It was only guys who had more sex in their 30's who showed any benefit. Now aren't you sorry that you didn't spend those other years at home with some good books?

Too bad they didn't ask for ejaculation "units" to be broken down by:
- unprotected
- protected
- no partner
As I alluded in a recent post, unprotected sex with a healthy long-term partner can increase PCa risk. (My 50th anniversary this year.)
Multiple partners might imply more condom use.
There is an old - yet again, Australian - study, that found masturbation to be protective:
"In all, men who averaged 4.6 to seven ejaculations a week were 36% less likely to be diagnosed with prostate cancer before the age of 70 than men who ejaculated less than 2.3 times a week on average."
Something not mentioned in any of the studies is that there are various factors that affect sexual frequency, & testosterone levels might be an important factor, with low levels possibly increasing PCa risk.
