Upon being diagnosed, I turned to the one place I could learn anything, easily- YouTube. The pandemic was keeping us all at home, my job reverted back to part-time because of the lack of work, and I was getting bored super easily. So, I came up with this list of folks to explore, and learn from- all of these have helped me immensely:

ADHD-What is it?

1. How to ADHD

2. Dr. Tracy Marks

Minimalism:

1. Jeff Su

2. Thomas Frank

Digital Decluttering:

1. Clutterbug

2. Gabe Bult

Digital Decluttering:

1. Proper Honest Tech

2. Lea David

I'm sure there's other great videos, what are some of your favorite?

Ant research videos related to adhd

On the side note I am now listening "how not to kill your adhd child" I can also relate to the author as I also used to work with young offenders and I was very good at relating with some that my colleagues just couldn't, now I know why as I could so much relate to their adhd
