Are there people here who have tips for ADHD? Autism or Highly Sensitive Person? It bothers me a lot and because of these situations I have not been able to think about stimuli for a long time. I have been inside for 2 years, but I am being treated by psychologists. 🥰

Hello, this is my first response to anyone, so hopefully I'm doing it right.
Highly Sensitive Person, with ADHD as well.
HSP: I know the struggle, and the pain. When you're with someone, you feel what they feel. You can recognize the pattern in somebody's voice change, their tempo, their breathing change indicating they're hiding something or even lying.
ADHD: You're hyper-aware, hyper-vigilant, rejection sensitive dysphoria. All of the things you are sensing from being a HSP are magnified, because now you instantly read a room when you walk in. It's not just one person's emotions you feel, it's everyone. Bombarded with all of the conversations happening around you, instantly noticing the people who aren't being authentic. Ears ringing from all of the meaningless dribble coming out of people's mouths. All of the sounds from (music, traffic, glasses clinking, coughing, sneezing, laughing....), coming in at full volume to you, every ounce of strength you have you use it to try and seem normal.
I'm sharing this with you to let you know, you are not alone. What some people think of as a gift, can be a paralyzing in intensity, to the point of isolating yourself from the outside world. The one piece of advice I can give you is this: do not isolate, at any cost, please don't isolate yourself. You are a true gift to this world, and with time, therapy, and possibly medication, you can learn to use it instead of letting it use you.
I just discovered a group called AANE. They are an advocacy group for folks with autism from a neurodiverse positive lens. They offer webinars, coaching, support groups and other resources. Also highly recommend a book called Unmasking Autism about the stresses sensitive and “high functioning” folks with autism face. I have ADHD and my kid has ADHD and autism - so I get it. Keep us posted!
Oh, I don’t know if you’ve looked into autism/ADHD burnout? When we mask in public and force ourselves to do unpleasant and painful tasks, it drains our batteries. It can take a while to feel better - but if you can build in a practice of rest and recovery, it can keep you from burning out so hard.
What type of tips? It seems that you are doing sessions with a psychologists only! What do you think you need tips for? attention? hyperactivity? starting and finishing tasks/work/projects? Tips on coping with the stres associated with ADHD? Have you tried to talk to a psychiatrist? I feel for you as it is clear from your message and it will be really helpful to say what area you need tips for. Havning more than one issue is challanging for sure but never ever give up! You deserve to live as many other people in this world.
