Been diagnosed with adhd combined type. Coping without medication as do not like side effects they give you. But not against anyone that is on medication. I have dyslexic on top of adhd this can be a challenge for me.

If you can do it without medication, I totally support that. I on the other hand hate the side effects of not being medicated like speeding tickets, jail, insomnia etc. I take two different meds and had to learn to deal with the nausea and zombie like drowsiness.
