I binged the first 20 episodes of the I Have ADHD podcast. Kristen is very thorough, honest, and shares other resources that can be accessed for free on the internet or books you can buy.

I couldn't afford help either at 59 yo female. Become a member if ADDA and CHADD they have tons of group help, webinars and more. There are good podcasts on spotify, find one you like; then find thier website which has more free andnpaid resource. If your a veteran get therapy from the local VA. So glad you reached out, you ate ot alone. Blessings to you Sir!🙏🏾..

Do get CHADD info on line.

Have Russell Barkley's book 'Taking Charge of Adult ADD' which I'm currently getting thru bit by bit concentrating on the immediately useable strategies.

Had no idea Spotify would be a resource... will check that out ASAP.

Which might take some time since I just found out the arthritis, that didn't know I had, in both my hips is bad enough and appropriate for steroid shots.

TY for the heads up, appreciated.
