Coaching and Support Adult ADHD

When I was diagnosed at 51 almost 12 years ago, I had better insurance and cash flow; lived in a different area and had fabulous results with therapy and the meds. Right now, I am looking for no cost community support/telehealth/very low cost help.

Apps don't do it for me. Lists and planners ... not enough.

I have let time and circumstances go on too long.

Ready to be embraced by like minded people who can help and some talk therapy.

I am needing more guidance on the latest drug and non drug therapies too.

Ready to take the next step.

For a doctor to prescribe the medication look for a Federally Qualified Health Center in your area. They charge based on income.

I feel you! I came here looking for low/no cost support groups via telehealth too, but not really seeing them here. Others have mentioned groups via ADDA, but they do have a fee to join. Will be interested to see if anyone else here has any thoughts!
