Does anyone have fibromyalgia too ? How have you found the meds with this? I still get pain sometimes , was hoping it would all go away !

There are a few doctors that will prescribe low dose stimulants for fibro. It can help with concentration and brain fog for some patients.

I’ve started on 20 mg elvanse, not sure I should go up , but seeing the doctor this week , had it seems a bit of a nerve response but I’m sure this will calm down

I don’t use medication to treat it but have found success with daily foam rolling of the fascia. You can find exercises on YouTube for free. If you want more in-depth information lookup MeltMethod.com

Maintenance with: Pilates, stretching, cardio, weight lifting, daily walking, hot baths with epsom salt - occasional massages, a few visits per month to the chiropractor

This has helped my mother reduce her pain associated with fibromyalgia as well.
