CHADD Contact Information?

I can only find their phone number but I'm really not a big fan of making phone calls due to my anxiety disorder. Is there like an email address, texting number, or social media dms?

use a notepad when you talk. Write down the questions you have and anything they say that is important. And don't think about what they are thinking about what you are saying. Just say what you need to say without any flourish. And plan to fail while you are talking on the phone, and realize it's ok.

You got this.
