Stiff muscles during Elvanse titration process ?

Today was my 6th day on Elvanse. I started off on 30mg but at the 2d day the side effects were too strong and the prescriber asked me to down the dose to 20mg and to extend the adaptation period from 1 week to 3.

I'm one of those highly sensitive people.

So far the side effects are quite tolerable, but the stiffness of my legs and lower back are still there, I try to stretch more and go for a walk every day and that is helping I just wanted to know if anyone else has had something similar and if it went away?

Thank you!

wow, I have the same issues, I started on 20 mg, I loved the feeling of calm etc, but felt after a while the stimulant effect like caffeine, had to give up caffeine , has a sore spine and leg stiffness , i went down to 15 mg, tolerated better , but still have these body issues, i have fibromyalgia too, which means my nervous system over sensitive, I may have to try a non stimulant , frustrating
