Have you spoken to your doctor? I’d suggest an ADHD coach, but I have yet to find one. Haha. Minimizing your stuff does wonders. The less you own, the less you need to manage. And the less you have, the easier to find things you put down in the wrong places. Sorry, I don’t know what kind of help you need- maybe some more information?
