Natural ADHD Supplements?

I recently stopped taking Adderall XR 10mg which had worked well but made me more irritable. Are there any good supplements one can take to help with ADHD?

I’ve used caffeine therapy for myself and my son. It’s no we’re near as helpful as our meds but it does take the edge off. One thing to remember is combining stimulant meds and caffeine is very challenging. I can tolerate it myself to a small extent but my son can’t, it counteracts his meds.
