Another one amongst the Many

Branch_of_the_Vine profile image

Hi, new to CHADD and this resources it offers. Been diagnosed little over a year now with Adult - ADHD. Hoping to be part of the cool kids table, or at least not get dunked in the toilet.

What are some best practices for this community I should be aware of?

Thx,

BV

Hello, BranchoftheVine~

Welcome to the group! As far as I know, just ask whatever questions you would like to receive advice about.

And do respond and give some ideas to those asking questions. Participation.

Best wishes on this awesome journey of life.

Regards~
