Hi there, I've been diagnosed with ADHD for about 22 years now. I tried taking a break from taking them because i was on annual leave from work and whenever I'm off work i don't take them however, this time, during the first 4 days i wasn't taking them i had an anxiety attack whilst i was having a drink with my partner. So she decided that i should take them again for the remainder off my A/L (which i did). But this morning (im due to go back to work today) i was filled with anxiety as i was getting ready which is unusual because i love my job (support worker for adults with learning difficulties).

Has anyone tried taking a break before from their meds and had different experiences? And if the anxiety is due to the break in meds would anyone know roughly how long until it goes if i regularly take my meds again.
