Anyone else a huge fan of podcasts?

What stations have you listened to that have been helpful, inspiring, or game-changing?

The two I listen to are:

I have ADHD podcast with Kristen Carder

And

Living Beyond ADHD with Dr. B

I find that having something I listen to fairly regularly helps me to stay focused on how I can improve.

😊

I listen to the "ADHD Experts Podcast" by ADDitude and "Distraction with Dr. Ned Hallowell" and have found many of the episodes very helpful!

I don't really know what a Podcast is. Can you send me a link of the one's you like?

Sure! A podcast is like a radio show that is on the internet instead of being aired.

Here is a link to one that I listen to. You can access episodes from your browser or iTunes.

Thank you. I'm sort of stuck on Thom Hartmann books. Fascinating!! Bound to play a part in the healing of a Brocken person!!

I started listening to ADHD for Smart Ass women. It's one of the first and only podcasts about ADHD I've listened to and I really enjoy and relate to most of it. find it to be very helpful.
