Hello! Yes a few that have recently helped me a lot.

Books - Scattered Minds by Gabor Maté MD (recently Completed - Yay)

Driven to distraction by Edward Hallowell and John Ratey (started recently - highly advised by fellow ADHDers) - Do start with this book if you haven't read it already.

The Mindfulness Prescription for Adult ADHD by Lidia Zylowska (your post reminds me that I need to get back to completing the book)

Also, try on The Virtual Couch Podcasts - super informative, do listen to the podcasts related to Adult ADHD (tonyoverbay.com/category/po...

I hope this helps you. I would really appreciate if you could also share any resources that helped you as well. Cheers.

Women with Attention Deficit Disorder by Sari Solden is my favorite, it feels like it was written just for me.

Driven from Distraction (written after Driven to Distraction) by Hallowell & Ratey

SPARK by John Ratey, not just for ADHDers, but explains the science behind how movement can be like medicine for ADHD

Organizing Solutions for People with ADHD by Susan Pinsky, great guide to organize your stuff so your brain is less likely to get overwhelmed, written in short paragraphs with bullet points and pictures--perfect for the ADHD brain:-)

ADDITUDE Magaine--it's nice to get fresh material delivered regularly without any work on your part after the initial subscription!

Happy Reading!

YouTube How To ADHD can be helpful 👍💜

I liked Living Well with ADHD by Terry Huff. Makes good points but not overly complicated.

I took an online course on Lynda.com that was life changing. It’s called “Time Management Fundamentals” by Dave Crenshaw. Dave (the instructor) designed the course after he himself was diagnosed with ADD, sought help, and figured out some systems that work for him.

Finally, a time management course from someone who thinks like I do! Haha. I’m always so annoyed by other courses that seem to be designed by people excellent native time mgmt skills. This one stuck with me!

If you are married or in a long term relationship “the adhd effect on marriage” by Melissa Orlov might be helpful. It helped me as the ADHD spouse and my non ADHD wife understand how and why our marriage evolved the way it did over many years. And with that understanding comes new beginnings.
