Does anyone take any supplements and notice if it helps them? I’m considering going on a quest to try things like L-Thianene and magnesium among other important ones.

I have started taking supplements with my medication. After a few weeks of taking mine I'm starting to notice a positive change. I'm not so moody, able to focus a bit more and it also has helped with my depression. What I don't like is the supplements can be expensive. I plan to stick with Omega-3, magnesium, L and PS 100.
I have taken both magnesium and L-Theanine. I felt like the L-theanine helped me to feel just a tiny bit calmer and more focused. The magnesium I only take at night because it helps me to wind down and relax a little. Im not sure if they really work or it's more of a placebo effect I'm having.....
I started taking Mucuna Pruriens in the hopes that it will increase dopamine and reduce the afternoon crash. After a week or so, it seems to help, but that could be just the placebo effect.
Hi , I take L Tyrosine 500mg to help to boost dopamine production , I take it a couple of hours before my morning Meds and I also take magnesium citrate as I believe it protects the brain from constant stimulant use , and it also helps me wind down so I take it before bed 400 mg
I take Alpha GPC, (Alpha Brain powder), I take another supplement called Nuro max that has Bacopa Rhodiola along with phosphatidylserine . Choline is amazing but you want to make sure it’s not choline bitirate... that one doesn’t do a whole lot for help with focus and cognition… But I notice that my mood is a lot better with taking alpha brain
