New to meds, any advice?

Hiya,

Like others here I was diagnose late (age 48) and have been on Elvanse/Vyanase (I'm in the UK) 50mg for just over a month. Apart from it making me sleepy I think it's doing something but I'm not sure - what effects to others get on it? Does anyone actually sleep better, have less brain fog, focus better etc.? I also have Venlafaxine 225mg for depression and Pregabalin for anxiety (lol, thanks brain). I've heard that a combination of stimulant and non-stimulant meds can be helpful - anyone else had experience of that?

All responses gratefully recieved! :D

Cheers ears ;)

I was on Ritalin LA (or was it ER?) for a while as prescribed by the family doctor. I found a psychiatrist to help me manage ADD and she switched me to Vyvanse, which is awesome, but I still crash in the afternoon. I have not had sleeping problems in a very long time; I sleep like a rock. Sometimes I sleep well during an afternoon meeting, which does not help my career.
