Are we allowed to talk about insurances here? Because honestly i have to change my insurance because my current insurance doesn’t cover mental health issues and paying for adhd counselings along with anxiety/depression it could get heavy do u guys have any recommendations for an insurance that will cover most of these putting quotes online is like going to a candy store they keep calling nonstop and never understand what u want
