I was wondering if anyone has tried cbd. I am looking at vaping it but I don't know where to begin. If you have tried it, can you give me some help figuring out what to try.
I have read that it can be very effective and I am willing to try just about anything now.
I tried CBD oil because I'm so desperate for something to help. So many people have found it to be effective for so many things so I was excited to give it a try. Sorry to say it did nothing - at least not for me. I have the inattentive type ADHD and I'm also low energy so I was hoping for help with energy and focus. Instead I just felt very relaxed and a little sleepy. I guess if you have a problem with hyperactivity, it could help you.
Have you ever had any luck with any of the medications for ADHD? I haven't and I have pretty much ran out of options.
It did nothing for me. CBD does nothing to help you with ADHD.
