Anyone out there that has done the GeneSight test to identify the best meds for ADHD and/or Depression?

GeneSight test experience?
Yes. I took the Assurex Health Genesight for ADHD. The test confirmed what we already knew, but didn't answer the question about dosaging. It did identify my ADHD characteristics and ADHD medications that should work. What I was hoping to find out was how high was a safe and effective dose? I've been talking stimulants for over 10 yrs and feel the dosages are to low or don't last long enough (DOE). It's been an ongoing struggle and debilitating at times.
I will soon. Just Diagnosed in my 60th year and am pushing my primary care to get me pharmacogenomic testing.
I have 23&me raw data I put through $20 software (poor man's version of GeneSight). The results on anti-depressants, analgesics, and anesthetics fit my weird life history with them. It also said I probably have odd enzymes related to ADD drugs so Rx shouldn't be standard. Being only the less-than-perfect 23&me source, I am very eager to get the pro version of these results.
Cost will almost certainly be out of my pocket since my reading of insurance is No-Go.
