I think I emotionally eat and I haven’t talked to a doctor yet about it. Feel like since I had other issues wanted to resolve first. I took belvik I don’t think I spelt it right but it helped a little. Really worked for my friends one lost 70lbs

So I always had a pretty amazing metabolism because I get so hyperactive. Years of binge eating did take their toll and I got about 40lbs overweight at my worst.

Mindfulness training really helped me. For the past year I cut out all drinks except for water and green tea. This caused me to crave sugar much less. I lost 36lbs and then had a bad mix of medications that caused me to binge again when I stopped them.

Lol my wife used to call me a bored eater. And wow would I eat a lot. My bowls of cereal would be gargantuan. Sugar would be impossible to refuse. I’m back on vyvanse and have to remember to eat now. I can’t complain tbh, but I do try to eat low calorie and low sugar.
