Greetings. 59 years of age, diagnosed at 40 with ADD. Currently taking 20 mg adderral as needed. Feel a need to share, communicate with like minded individuals. My name is Dan. I live in northern Michigan, near the Great Lakes

Hi Dan...I noticed you said ADD instead of ADHD, as do I when referring to myself. Is that because you aren't physically hyper? I'm just asking because I have no problem being still but my mind goes constantly.

Exactly. More mentally hyper. Not that I sometimes aren’t a whirlwind of activity. But that seems controllable. When were you aware of the ADD in your own life.

Hi Dan I’m the same add not so much the hyperactivity ... currently on meds which help and I do try eat as healthy as possible what food do u generally eat....

Hi charlied1983. I use the KISS principle. Currently eating the widest variety of foods possible, that are whole unadulterated and as natural as possible. For me, “keeping it simple stupid “ seems to work best!
