Has anyone used a red light therapy panel to help address ADHD symptoms. It is supposed to help with inflammation, and hence could be helpful to reduce symptoms? The sales are on so am wondering if this is something we should invest in or not?

Any thoughts?

Dr. Russell Barkley posted a review of this type of therapy to YouTube about a month ago. (The review video was both a response to another YouTuber's video, and a summary of the available limited research.)

In Dr. Barkley's opinion, the research into light therapy for ADHD isn't the most stringent type of clinical research, and that more research should be done before promoting this type of therapy.
