I have never felt more alone raising my child with so many things going on ADHD/ODD

the yelling hitting, screaming, throwing.

Starting to feel like a prisoner because I’m to scared to go out with him

I just lost a 3 year relationship over this too

I can’t keep up, I can’t win

You are not alone. We are here. research his conditions as much as you can. There are podcasts, audiobooks and many other resources at your fingertips while stuck at home. Get a babysitter just once for a relaxing day away to recharge when you’re the most burned out.

Talk to doctors as much as you can. Get each of you into therapy individually. Look up local resources or groups of people going through the same as you.

Not what you're looking for?
