hello- Our son was recently diagnosed with ADHD also. We are just getting started on our journey. I feel ya. It’s feeling like a lot to take in and learn so taking it one day at a time

Dont beat yourself up...I was once wearing the same shoes your wearing . My son is now 15 yrs and he has Adhd, ODD and Biopolar and it can be challenging. I had to learn different methods with my son. With his ODD it was the tone level of one speaking to him.
