adhd 8year old

hi my son had been diagnosed with adhd now for the past year, he is very sensitive to sound while out motor bikes etc, he is medicated for school times.. but I’m asking is there any in particular earphones people have used and recommended for while I’m out? He’s 8 so he wouldn’t wear ear defenders something stylish so to speak. Thank you 😀

we are in the same situation. I just ordered Calmer kids ear plugs from Flare Audio. Haven’t received them yet but they’re definitely trendy. Also considering Loop. More expensive but possible better quality. I’m sorry I don’t have more info. BUT an evaluation for this from an occupational therapist could be enlightening.

My son who is also 8 have the same issue. We tried the loop which his OT recommended but the smallest size keep popping out of his ear. We have to settle with noise cancelling headphones. He tried on 3 different ones from Amazon before he settled with the one he is currently using which is the HearTek. He says he likes how it feels on his ears. He has them on in school when when they are doing indoor recess, music, and out in the hallway which can be very loud for him.
