I watched Dr. Russell Barkley's talk about 30 essential things to know and saw his recommendation about reading a review of Executive functioning skills training but it was from 2012. I wondered if anyone would have a recommendation of an updated review of programs and also wondered if there are updates to the effectiveness of these programs for ADHD kids (or adults as I fit that one.)

Executive Function Skills Training Review
Research Pax Good Behavior Game. Only strategy that actually trains the brain by allowing children to practice self control and self regulation under excitement in a safe place. 40 years of gold standard research. Problem is that schools mistakenly think it’s a behavioral modification program and those ar a dime a dozen. But the other pieces of Pax are available for parents under Pax Tools on You Tube. I will post links tomorrow or find my previous posts.
I believe this episode on "Parenting ADHD", with Penny Williams should help you. She interviews 2 specialist that talk about executive functioning skills:
Rachael Kapp and Stephine Kapp
Great Podcast!
