I am a current Masters of Public Health student. I am writing a children's book about mental health and am including resources for parents and families at the end of the book. I wanted to reach out to all of you and see what books you would recommend and what books were helpful to you in your own journeys.

I’m married to an ADHD, and have a son who has ADHD. I’ve never read a book about it, since most just paint their lives as doomed from the beginning. I would rather look at their potential and strive to make the best of every day. I work closely with our dr’s, therapists and psychiatrists. But honestly, YouTube from others who have ADHD is better than the books!
