Quillichew ER

Just got back from pediatrician who seems to be well versed with ADHD medication etc. She suggested an EKG which we had done today to rule out any heart conditions. She is also thinking of putting him on Quillichew ER to start. Does anyone have experience with this medication?

Hi there,

I have twin girls and both tried Quillichew. It didn't do anything for them. Hope you have better luck!

We've tried every medication you can think of. All of the typical ADHD medicines cause severe reactions such as eyelash/hair pulling and scratching at their faces, so we tried the more unconventional medications to try to help them, which didn't do anything.

After four years of trying, we have given up on medicine as an option. Although the doctor said children's bodies and reactions to medicines can change as they age, so we may try again in a year or so. Hope this helps!
