Hello everyone it's been awhile since I posted on here but i need some advice my daughter who has adhd is always texting her father but he rarely replies back and she says she is ok but I know she isn't anyways so do i tell her father about how she feels or not I've told him in the past that he needs to pay attention to her his reply was ok i don't want her depressed over this?

I'm not sure from your post whether you and your daughter's father are together? If so, it seems to me that it would be appropriate to mention that it would mean a lot to her for him to reply to her texts. He may honestly not realize that it is a significant thing--especially if he doesn't text much in general. But if you think he's just being dismissive of her and her feelings and you don't feel he's responding to your input, you might consider bringing a counselor into the picture--whether for just your daughter or for the whole family--who could speak into the situation and help your daughter and her father communicate.
