I was wondering if Intuniv has ever tested positive for methamphetamine in a drug screen are could be possible?

Some ADHD medications can absolutely cause a positive on a drug screen. It depends on the sensitivity of the test and what kind of test they do. However, if they do test positive, there is further testing that can be done to show that it is an ADHD drug and not actual amphetamine or methamphetamine. Also, before any drug test, there should be a questionnaire that asks you to list the medications you are on...

I’d be surprised if guanfacine (Intuniv) would trigger a false positive, as it is not a stimulant. It would be understandable on a stimulant. Though it’s not an area I know much about, so maybe ask a prescribing physician.
