ADHD child are gifted and different.

I am mother of ten years old who was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of five. He was doing normal as a kid but was suffering with peers and loneliness. Where as he is going well with kids younger to him. Gradually by researching about ADD I understand his brain condition and him better now. With better understanding of the challenges he is facing, I could sooth him better. I am constantly talking with his teachers at school and trying to create an environment where he will be comfortable . He will be felt good and positive about himself. Everyday I start with new challenges and sometimes gets annoyed too. With lots of patience and love I am dealing with my child . He is a happy child when something positive happens to him at school or among friends. But he behaves really weird when someone complain or try to instruct him. But when I explain and motivate him, he stars doing things in better way. Hope my experience will help other parents. Our children are just different and gifted with a brain which is much more capable than others. We can nourish them.

Above all, I believe , God has given me this responsibility as I am capable . Same for you too.☺️

My son was also diagnosed early with ADHD also and we have had our fair share of this one size fits all world. I have seen him struggle and I wished I could make it all disappear for him, but as time goes by it does get some what easier
