So, I have 3 boys. 7,9,10. All diagnosed with varying degrees of ADHD over the summer.
My 7 year old has extreme ADHD and is my most difficult. Right now I'm having issues flare up with my middle child. He has been acting out and verbally bullying and antagonizing classmates etc. There is a huge background for each child. However, this is the behavior I'm having the hardest to deal with. The tools I use for my other 2 boys, generally don't apply. Looking for information usually brings me to "My kid being bullied", not "My kid IS the bully".
Resources, tools, tips, tricks? I use a lot of different tools around the house, but anything helps, even if I'm already doing it.

I would look at why he's so angry all the time. Is he ashamed or frustrated due to his academic struggles? Do the other kids snub him? Does he have trouble making friends or interacting in positive ways?
I do bring it to his attention sometimes it makes it worse but he needs to know what's going on l adopted his mother when she was a infant she also has her problems.
