Diagnosis at 24

Hi all new to this group.

Had a lap Saturday as I’ve been suspected endo for years, they didn’t find endo however said the extent of my adeno was quite advanced for my age and usually seen in middle aged women. I also had some scar tissue removed from my bowel anyone else heard of this?

I’ve had mirena fitted to help adeno hopefully if not got a check up in 4 months for talks of hysterectomy
