Back and hip pain

Would love to have a response from someone about hip and back pain due to adenomyosis unless no one on here has any advice feeling very alone right now

The best advice I can give you is a heating pad preferably electric so it can get real hot and some painkillers. Also, you can try some hip stretches but I know when I’m in pain I can’t do it. I hope you feel better!

Thank you unfortunately The heating pad doesn’t really work anymore the pain is to deep and pain pills don’t touch it I’m a mess and just want it to stop

Unfortunately, I’m in the exact same boat as you. Heating pad is just a distraction and strong pain meds just knock me out honestly. I’ve actually gone to hospital but was made to feel like a drug seeker. What drug seeker only seeks drugs every 30 days? I hope you get through this flare up.
