Karendo Im so sorry for your debilitating pain.

Can I ask you when the coil was fitted...

As a former Adenomyosis womb and Endometriosis sufferer (current) Im post hysterectomy from March - the coil never agreed with my Adenomyosis womb and it shuddered pain from my hips down my legs. Have you considered the pain may be worse from the coil?

My body was rejecting this foreign object in there, it was protesting. I struggled in vain for 8 months with the coil in, it did nothing for me I still bled intermittently on it too.

Intercourse was painful and I felt him bumping off my cervix it was all horrendously painful and one of the worst times in my life.

As you like I had both, its very hard to know which causes the worst pain or if its both the same or if the Adenomyosis womb just gives us horrendous heavy periods plus nauseated plus pain plus back ache, weak bladder, chronic fatigue etc etc...I believe its bigger bulkier has more blood supply etc so its a drain on us.

I dunno if the coil agrees with us Adenomyosis sufferers tbh?

Could you try the injection path like Zoladex?

Good luck.

Helly

Ps double up your post on the Endometriosis UK site through here to get more of a response.
