Adenymosis ,acne and 2 periods a month

Hi I'm new to this forum, is there anyone that has adenymosis recently diagnosed but always had bad skin ? And been treated for adenymosis and skin cleared up ? I cannot tolerate the pill , any Coil mirena or copper basically anything with hormones in it makes my skin worse then it already is, I'm 40 and would just like to know if any one has any input, the 2 periods a month I was told it was just one of those things even after a laposcopy back in 2009 when endo was suspected but never found so I just lived with it but still saw dermatologist s, and doctors about periods, low and behold my period came as I was waiting to literally go in and have transvaginal scan and adenomyosis was seen !! Ive read up on the condition but still in the dark really, but so many symptoms there must be something to help ease a few other than invasive procedures , I'm considering drastic action but I'm scared too .
