I am struggling to get off pregabalin as it helps my nerve pain but a side effect I’m getting which is getting worse is my balance so the question I’m asking has anyone had a balance problem with pregabalin and if they have got off and had their balance back or at least improve, I keep trying to get off but the pain comes on with a vengeance so I up my dosage again but I think could try and persevere if I new I’d regain my balance or at least improve it thanks for any replies keep safe all of you

I've just started to take 25mg of pregabalin, tonight will be my 4th night to take it. I'm on it for nerve pain in my ear from shingles. I'm also on antiviral medication for the same thing. The pain seems to be a tiny bit better today than it had been, not sure if that's down to the pregabalin or the antiviral 🤔 after reading about the side effects and difficulties getting off pregabalin, I'm really scared about taking it😕
