I've used Lidocaine patches for nearly five years

I have small fibre neuropathy a kind of peripheral neuropathy in feet/legs arms hand face

The patches work well for me BUT Only over the area they are placed just like if you rubbed in cream etc.

You must keep using them as the pain relief relies on a build up of lidocaine in the skin lidocaine is an anaesthetic. I usually wear them all night.

I sometimes get small blisters and then move the application site for a while

They are particularly good on the top of my feet means I can wear sandals otherwise footwear too painful.

I see them as one of a numberof things that help a bit. Worth a try will take a week of or so to benefit
