Post surgery pain

Hi all, I was diagnosed with Endo and had a FAH where they perforated my bowel and so had to have further surgery 3 times. Ten years on and I am still in pain. Some days I just want to give up but keep going because I love my family and think they have been through enough. Can anyone relate and/or advise me how best to cope?
