Confusion or Fibro fog

I am facing an assessment of my memory as I can't remember things in the near past .However,I've had Fibro for 15 years and now have hip problems with more pain ,so is the fog playing a part in the generalised confusion.I do get into trouble for not remembering tv programmes I've watched a week earlier or getting it into my head the appointments I have. This only puts more stress on me and now a tendency not to speak and we now live 24/7 as husband is retired.I guess I am the goldfish in the bowl.I just hope they don't think there is a need to change my meds .paddy
