Does anyone else have hip impingement issues? Mine started over a year ago, I thought I had pulled my groin from doing something at the gym. I could even lift my leg into my car. I went to the dr and was told I would need to do therapy, I had a tear/strain in my hip flexor. Did therapy, took anti inflammatory meds, and it got better for about a month. I still have flare ups (on each side)...it hurts so bad. I stand on my feet all day at work. What is the deal?!!! I’m only 31.
