Hot wax bath may give you temporary relief. Have you tried cannabinol oil? Worth a try before tramadol. I wear asic trainers and walking socks which don’t stop the pain but reduce it somewhat. You can also buy electric foot wraps, used for plantar fasciitis, which may help . I hope you find some relief.
