I am sorry you're suffering. Nerve pain is a monster my husband and I both battle. He takes nortriptyline when the phantom limb pain is too much. I was given gabapentin which made me dizzy and nauseous, now just slam aspirin and cross my fingers. Hope you have found some relief in the past 7 months.
