have you approached your doc about getting referred to a pain clinic
Firstly , what type of pain are you having? Just back, or back, leg, neck? It could be a number of things, slipped disc, pulled muscle, trapped nerve, sciatica (I'm no doctor by the way!!) There could be many causes, so I'd highly recommend getting to your doctor to get it checked out. Good luck!
