Does anyone else suffer with low mood just before a full moon?

I've just about got a handle on my depression after years of struggling, with the use of meditation but I still suffer terribly in the run up to a full moon. The latest one was particularly bad. Once it has passed, so does the low mood.

My boyfriend does. He gets very bad tempered as well. He keeps telling his shrink that he's effected by the full moon but the shrink either doesn't believe it or hasn't a clue.

Yes, exactly like me. I get very irritable & very low. Some full moons effect me more than others. This last one was particularly bad like I say. I do have several friends who suffer in the same way, so I don't think it's totally out of the ordinary.

Lets be honest, mainstream Drs rarely have a clue about anything other than the mainstream.
